EASY AND SIMPLE Homemade Nihari - slow cooked meat shank
Slow cooked meat/ lamb in earthy spices like chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder. Nihari is a fall of the bone delicious lamb /mutton/ beef shank with gravy. This version fully traditional Nihari recipes is spicy and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
Mutton-500gm
onion-2 medium
garlic-10 big cloves
Tomato-1 medium
salt-1tsp
red chilli powder-1tsp
turmeric powder-½tsp
oil-3 tbsp
Shan nihari masala- ½ packet
Its so easy and quick, simple and delicious, you can make a big batch and freeze them. full of energy and strength.
i try this recipe, to feed my kids all the veggies, these came out so yummy that they love it. Now it part of our cuisine . i add potato, capsicum, green peas and mpzzarella. just mix everything ang coveredwith bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
Potato - 1 ½ cup chopped
Green peas - ½ cup
Capsicum - ½ chopped
Boiled chicken- ½ cup shredded
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
oil- 1tsp
Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise- 2 Tbsp
Salt 1tsp
black Pepper ½ tsp
Red crushed chilli ½ tsp

garam masala powder - ½tsp
Coriander powder- ½tsp

Method:
Take 1tsp and stir fry cumin seeds for 10 seconds, then add ginger and garlic paste.
Add veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes.
let it cool completely.add boiled chicken and chop this mix in a food processor.
Boil potato and mashed it.
mix copped vegies mixture and mashed potato.
add all spices and graded freen chillis, graded cheese.
make different shapes like loly pops or seekh kabab, or nuggets.
dip in egg then bread crumbs. deep fry in hot oil.

1. marinate chicken with chiken tikka masala for at least 15 minutes.
2.Take oil and fry chicken ,add veggies and stir fry.
3.Take medium pizza dough and roll like a base. Add ketchup or pizza sauce, spread chicken filling.
4. top with olives and mozzarella cheese.
5. bake on 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
6. garnish with mayonnaise and iceberg.

Today we are making Chicken and Cheese Bread Rolls! They are so awesome, your gonna love these, with cream cheese that melts inside which makes the inside lovely and saucy! Very popular in Asian homes, great as a snack, picnics or entertaining guests! You can find all the ingredients in your local supermarket!
METHOD:
1- first roll the bread slices with a rolling pin to flatten them slightly.
2- fry chicken, add capsicum, cabbage, salt ,pepper, crushed red chilli.
3- cool down then add mozzarella ,mayonnaise and mix them nicely.
4-now take a tsp mixture of chicken and put it on a slice close to the edge.spread it a bit.
5 -do not spread it to the very ends of the bread slices so it will ooze out when frying .
6-roll the slice and dip it in the egg wash.
7-cover the sided nicely in the egg wash.then coat bread crumbs on it nicely.cover the sides for sure.
press the edge gently to seal the roll completely.
now make all and fry them in oil till gets a nice golden color.place on paper towel and serve with ketchup or any sauce you like.

I think with ratios a bit, but in the end, I decided to take the most straight-forward path: equal parts dried fruits, nuts, and pitted dates. Whizz them together in a food processor until they combine into a thick paste, press into a square, chill, and chop into squares for snacking. Done.
My favorite is still cherries, almonds, and dates (which are pictured here), but you can swap out the cherries and almonds for any dried fruit or nut. Keep the dates, though. They act as a binder and also sweeten the bars without needing sugar.

180g Digestive biscuits (almost one packet)
1x 400g Condensed Milk boiled to Caramel or pre made Dulce de leche
Homemade caramel recipie by using Sweetened condensed milk :
4 Large Bananas
3 Tbsp Unsalted butter + to grease dish
300ml Whipping/double cream
Chocolate to decorate.
METHOD:
1. Crushed biscuit s and mix butter.
2 .grease dish and make a layer of crushed biscuits n butter mixture.
3.layer of slice banana.
4. Thin layer of caramel
5. Layer of stif peak whipped cream
6.Decorate with chocolate
Refrigerate overnight.Yummy banoffee pie is ready.

Potato Cheese Balls is a mouth-melting Indian Snack Dish, loved by kids and adults. Here tiny Potato Balls are made with Boiled Potatoes and stuffed with the filling of grated Processed Cheese. After deep frying, these potato cheese balls looks really yummy and cheese literally melts in your mouth.
Method:
1-Boil mince with ½tsp red chilli,½tsp salt ,1tsp coriander powder, half glass water until water is totally dried.
2-cool it down n then add finally chopped onion, green fresh coriander, 1tsp garam masala powder, 2 tbsp anar dana crushed, coriander powder 2 tsp, (red chilli, salt = to taste).
3- mix well. Mixture should be dry .
4- take naan daugh n place hand full keema mixture in center .
Then roll in long shape . Roll like paratha.
( pera should rest for 20 minutes)
5 - flat it ½ inch thick bread
6, coat with yogurt mixture.
6- broil on full temperature in oven . 3 min each side
