keema naan / mince filled bread/ using oven- cooknenjoylife


HOMEMADE Keema wale naan, mince filled naan bread, easy and simple and so tempting. Its pure Pakistan traditional Food.


Ingredients:

Qeema/ lamb mince/ beef mince -  500gm (drain water)
onion - 2 medium chop(drain water)
green chili - 2 chopped
green coriander - A hand full chopped
salt- 1 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
dry coriander powder- 3 tsp
garam masala powder- 1 tsp
anar dana seed- 2 Tbsp crushed

Naan dough. -for 8 naan

yogurt mixture to coat nann:
yogurt- 2Tbsp
oil -Tbsp
sesemee seeds-2 tsp


Method:
1-Boil mince with ½tsp red chilli,½tsp salt ,1tsp coriander powder, half glass water until water is totally dried.
2-cool it down n then add finally chopped onion, green fresh coriander, 1tsp garam masala powder, 2 tbsp anar dana crushed, coriander powder 2 tsp, (red chilli, salt = to taste).
3- mix well. Mixture should be dry .
4- take naan daugh n place hand full keema mixture in center .
Then roll in long shape . Roll like paratha.
( pera should rest for 20 minutes)
5 - flat it ½ inch thick bread
6, coat with yogurt mixture.
6- broil on full temperature in oven . 3 min each side
