Upside down Almond Cake

I sure do love! A cake that’s moist, tender and incredibly delicious, while at the same time being one-bowl, no-mixer and just-a-few-minutes-to-throw-together is exactly what I need at all time of the year, with tea or coffee, its simply awesome.



Ingredients:



Butter- 6 ounce

Sugar- 5 ounce

all purpose flour- 4 ounce

Eggs- 3

vanilla sugar/extract/essence- 1/2 tsp

almond -1 cup chopped

Raisins- 1/2 cup

50 gm butter to grease pan
