Today I'll be showing you how to make A Banoffee Pie. Its a great desert to make and can be really quick to whip up for any occasion.
Ingredients:
For the base:
180g Digestive biscuits (almost one packet)
1x 400g Condensed Milk boiled to Caramel or pre made Dulce de leche
Homemade caramel recipie by using Sweetened condensed milk :
4 Large Bananas
3 Tbsp Unsalted butter + to grease dish
300ml Whipping/double cream
Chocolate to decorate.
METHOD:
1. Crushed biscuit s and mix butter.
2 .grease dish and make a layer of crushed biscuits n butter mixture.
3.layer of slice banana.
4. Thin layer of caramel
5. Layer of stif peak whipped cream
6.Decorate with chocolate
Refrigerate overnight.Yummy banoffee pie is ready.
