Quick and simple homemade vegetables and cheesy rolls

Its so easy and quick, simple and delicious, you can make a big batch and freeze them. full of energy and strength.

i try this recipe, to feed my kids all the veggies, these came out so yummy that they love it. Now it part of our cuisine . i add potato, capsicum, green peas and mpzzarella. just mix everything ang coveredwith bread crumbs.

 Ingredients:
Potato   -    1 ½ cup chopped
Green peas   - ½ cup
Capsicum    - ½ chopped
Boiled chicken- ½ cup shredded
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
oil-  1tsp
Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise- 2 Tbsp
Salt 1tsp
black Pepper ½ tsp
Red crushed chilli ½ tsp
Green chilli½ tsp
garam masala powder - ½tsp
Coriander powder- ½tsp
red chilli powde -r½tsp
eggs
Bread crumbs



Method:

  1. Take 1tsp and stir fry cumin seeds for 10 seconds, then add ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Add veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3.  let it cool completely.add boiled chicken and  chop this mix  in a food processor. 
  4. Boil potato and mashed it.
  5. mix copped vegies mixture and mashed potato. 
  6. add all spices and graded freen chillis, graded cheese.
  7. make different shapes like loly pops or seekh kabab, or nuggets.
  8. dip in egg then bread crumbs. deep fry in hot oil.
  9. Enjoy
