i try this recipe, to feed my kids all the veggies, these came out so yummy that they love it. Now it part of our cuisine . i add potato, capsicum, green peas and mpzzarella. just mix everything ang coveredwith bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
Potato - 1 ½ cup chopped
Green peas - ½ cup
Capsicum - ½ chopped
Boiled chicken- ½ cup shredded
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
oil- 1tsp
Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise- 2 Tbsp
Salt 1tsp
black Pepper ½ tsp
Red crushed chilli ½ tsp
Green chilli½ tsp
garam masala powder - ½tsp
Coriander powder- ½tsp
red chilli powde -r½tsp
eggs
Bread crumbs
Method:
- Take 1tsp and stir fry cumin seeds for 10 seconds, then add ginger and garlic paste.
- Add veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- let it cool completely.add boiled chicken and chop this mix in a food processor.
- Boil potato and mashed it.
- mix copped vegies mixture and mashed potato.
- add all spices and graded freen chillis, graded cheese.
- make different shapes like loly pops or seekh kabab, or nuggets.
- dip in egg then bread crumbs. deep fry in hot oil.
